Meet BCDI NYS' Educator in Residence

We're so excited to have Andrea Bellinger Ellis join us as the Educator in Residence for BCDI NYS!  Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience in education, coaching, and leadership.  As the EIR, Andrea will apply her experience and expertise to act as a thought partner for BCDI NYS regarding our programming, services and advocacy.  She will fulfill the role as a resource for trainings, presentations, research, and professional development.  She is a passionate child advocate and educator dedicated to creating spaces and developing leaders that are committed to excellent equitable educational experiences for Black and Brown students.
